Before I work with anyone on any of my programmes, we have a free “Confidence Blocker Audit” call. This call exists to understand where you’re at in your confidence and speaking journey right now. This is a presentation and training deck, giving people leaders and teams an understanding of emotional fitness in a workplace and what to do about it, in the context of communication in team and public settings.

It’s designed of People Professionals to understand their teams better or integrate into existing training, but it is very light touch to keep things simple without the context I would provide as a facilitator. It helps get some change started on your own.

The format is a simple before/during/after set of tools and prompts that HR, L&D, and managers can teach and use directly in the flow of work. After using it, people show up more grounded and authoritative under pressure, with a smaller gap between how good they are and how confident they appear. Access this here.
