I’m Seven! I’m a Hypnotherapist and Coach specializing in confidence, power, and speaking to help ambitious professionals.

We blend talks, workshops and implementation support into programmes that run over weeks or months, so the work actually sticks in your culture.

    We start by understanding your context, the pressure your people are under and the behaviours you want to see more of. Together we define clear outcomes for leaders and teams, then map a journey that fits your timelines and budget.

    Programmes are built from practical building blocks such as keynote kick‑offs, half‑day or full‑day labs, cohort sessions and integration clinics. These can be delivered in person, online, or in a blended format across locations.
