I help ambitious professionals who seem to be doing well, but still feel that little nagging voice saying "you're not good enough".

To do this, I run hypnotherapy-based coaching programmes that build confidence and flow, to overcoming these limiting beliefs and help leaders get to their next stage of growth.

I also work with organisations to design and deliver specialized human-centered People Training Programmes and Wellness experiences.
