Biography

Seven Jacobs is a podcaster, speaker, host, and educator who aims to inspire connection, focus, and energy in leaders.

His podcast, Lost and Searching, helps listeners navigate challenges on their journey to being their best leader through powerful conversations. In Search of Leaders, his writing about those learnings, aims to create new conversations about leadership and what it means to be a leader.

As an entrepreneur with a few successes and failures under his belt, and an NLP-trained coach working with high-potential leaders since 2023, the mission is to level the playing field for communities he supports - with leaders as the conduit to achieve it. Whether in private or to an audience, 1:1 or with groups, Seven leaves folks as effective and energised as possible, all to create the best results for the people impacted. It’s all an evolving journey of discovery into what it means to be a leader - and he’s delighted you’re a part of it.

Previously, he has helped build businesses across interests like tech, music, fashion, homelessness, and market research and has spent 3+ years working with communities of entrepreneurs to increase their chances of success.
