My Methodology and Story
-
When I was young, my life was tough
I experienced rough sleeping, lost my mother at young age, and had no financial opportunity. I was left feeling that if I hadn’t been around, life wouldn’t be so hard for everyone around me.
What a thing for a child to think, right?
But there it was: the beginning of a long journey of loss, loneliness, and confusion. By this point, the damage had been done. Or so it seemed.
I felt an intense desire to make the world a better place. But my inner conflict only allowed my anger and fear to come out into the world, and none of the work I actually wanted to do.
This is where I first saw the cost of having potential on the inside and a completely different story running the show on the outside.
Finally, one day, a friend of mine turned around and said to me - “Seven, if you can’t help yourself, how are you ever going to help anyone else?”
And that changed my life.
My journey pivoted, and I’ve spent a decade researching, delivering and living what my work means.
I started my career co-founding a business that delivered projects for some of the biggest companies in the world (the likes of Nike and Facebook tend to capture people’s attention the most). Eventually I worked across multiple startups, built communities of 1000s, became a Hypnotherapist, did my first TEDx talk, and more.
I bridge the practical, psychological, and philosophical to guide high performers toward lasting fulfilment. Today, I:
Coach and run programmes for ambitious professionals who are ready for their next stage of growth and want to feel more powerful, calm and in flow.
Design and deliver people programmes, workshops and talks for organisations, helping leaders and teams under pressure communicate better, handle stress and build healthier cultures.
I don’t want anyone to feel left behind like I once did. Instead, I want everyone to feel energised and alive. My dedication is to ensuring you’re as empowered, and as effective in life, as possible.

The world is in a difficult, accelerated chapter. It is demanding more consciousness, more courage, and more honest leadership from ordinary people who did not necessarily ask to be in the spotlight.
My work starts from the belief that each person carries a wiser, calmer, more courageous version of themselves – and that a big part of life is learning how to discover, train, and live from that deeper self. Self-discovery is not a one-off event but an ongoing practice of paying attention to your inner world and the world around you.
In that sense, consciousness simply means becoming more aware of what truly matters and improving your ability to connect to it. Emotional fitness, self-discovery, and authentic confidence are all ways of building the inner systems that let you lead and live from that place, rather than from fear, habit, or survival mode.
So what do I stand for?
Underneath all the techniques and programmes, my work is driven by a simple belief: when people understand their energy and stories, and learn how to communicate from a calmer, truer place, they stop getting in their own way and start leading lives and organisations they are actually proud of. This means:
Bridging the gap between you and the most important invisible leader in your life — your wisest inner self
Teaching people how to lead themselves by working with their energy, not against it
Being relentlessly honest and spiritually grounded
Taking life seriously while having fun along the way
Helping people feel more present, alive, and powerful in how they move through the world
I don’t want anyone to feel left behind like I once did. I want everyone to feel energised, awake, and alive — and equipped to lead their life with clarity, presence, and power.

Self‑discovery is the practice of becoming more conscious of who you are, how you think and feel, and what you actually want, so you can start living and leading from that place on purpose. It’s not just introspection. Done well, it changes how you make decisions, handle pressure, communicate, and build your life.
Teams become more effective, individuals build their dreams effortlessly.

Emotional fitness is how you work with your inner state: your emotions, nervous system, and mental patterns.
Authentic confidence is what emerges when that inner work is combined with clear self‑understanding and real‑world practice.
My work brings these pieces together so people feel more themselves and more capable in the situations that matter.
We bring together the inner and outer skills that help clients understand themselves, regulate pressure, communicate powerfully, and grow into the life and work they actually want. The pillars of work include:
Emotional fitness
Learning to understand your emotions, regulate pressure, and move from survival into more resourceful states.Mental fitness
Working with thought patterns, stories, habits, and identity through practical tools, including overlaps with NLP and hypnotherapy.Practical self-discovery
Building awareness of who you are, how you work, and how your identity is evolving, so growth becomes more conscious and repeatable.Power and personal power
Understanding power, power dynamics, and how to build grounded self-trust, authority, and agency.Communication and expression
Developing the confidence and skill to speak, lead, influence, and express yourself more clearly in the real world.Practical philosophy and building direction and purpose
Turning deeper ideas about meaning, values, and how to live into everyday choices, behaviour, and leadership.

My strength is connecting the dots in ways others don’t.
Here’s what I’ve figured out:
It isn’t about lofty concepts. It’s about practices. Patterns. Presence. It’s about energy — and learning how to direct it, rather than be directed by it.
The greatest results come from balancing different philosophies. My work brings together philosophical insight, spiritual depth, and practical tools from psychology and performance — all focused on building Energetic Fitness. That means helping you strengthen your ability to shift state, hold presence, and lead with alignment in high-stakes moments and everyday life.
It isn’t for everyone. The people most ready to start down this path are those who want to get answers for themselves, and put in work for the most purposeful, highest-performing, most fulfilled lives they could have.
It’s also important to understand some things about me:
I’m a guide, not a guru. I’m actively discovering alongside you, not someone with all the answers. In fact, I believe you are the one who has all the answers you need the most, already within. You might just need to listen a little more clearly.
I’ve been there, and seen where this works. I’ve worked with hundreds of organisations, and been a part of four businesses of my own. Patterns started to unfold that revealed the greatest leadership success and impact – spoiler: those who did the internal work usually excelled the most. As within, so without.
I challenge people, and I like philosophising. Not everyone wants someone who will really push them and hold them to a higher standard. Not everyone likes people who bring up anecdotes, quotes, & philosophy. Not everyone wants to go through really tough frameworks that guide them towards finding their own answers. But those things are who I am.
